I am a Tyssen parent and that I am newly Chair after 5 years as a Tyssen Governor. I look forward to many more years as a Governor. I hope to develop successfully implementable strategies with our Governors and Senior Leaders for the future of the School and our School Community.

I am an ACAS trained mediator, a mother of adult twin daughters who have benefited from the education system up to Masters level.
I am determined that I will not take this great opportunity that has been offered to me to be a Governor at Tyssen Community Primary School for granted. I will bring a wealth of experience acquired from my professional career over the years including my role as Research & Development Manager in the NHS.
I believe the skills that I have developed over the years in my professional career can be put to good use and help improve the lives of the local children in the community.

My name is Lou, I’m a born and bred Hackney girl! I am an outdoor education teacher in an outdoor centre called The Leaside Trust.
I work with a variety of people of different religion, diversity and capability. I have been in this industry for 7 years.
I teach loads of sports like kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, biking and walking.
I am looking forward to the future here with Tyssen School.
